Thanatoloop es el proyecto solista del músico Michel Leroy oriundo de La serena,Chile;
quien está activo en la escena underground desde mediados los noventa, de manera particularmente prolifica. Creando proyectos musicales como Un Festín Sagital, Ascendente, De-solación THANATOLOOP y mas.
Fundador del sello TEMPLO SAGITAL con el cual cuenta con un basto y extenso catálogo de todo tipo de música experimental, ambient, psicodelia, rock extremo poco ortodoxo, etc.
En su mayoría, cintas de arte con cubiertas pintadas a mano individualmente.

La música de Thanatoloop cruza improvisación y canciones, experimentación sonora y armónica,
con un ánimo relativamente sombrío sin caer en la oscuridad total pero con climas derrotistas, industriales, con elementos de noise, gótico, electrónica,ambient, psicodelia, post-punk, minimalismo,folk, y mas.

En sus propias palabras "la expresión es más importante que la "calidad" mientras lleva editadosalrededor de 40 publicaciones como THANATOLOOP y mas con sus otros proyectos.

Thanatoloop is the solo project of the musician Michel Leroy from La erena, Chile; who is active
in the underground scene since the mid-1990s, in a particularly prolific way.
Creating musical projects like A Sagittal Feast, Ascendant, THANATOLOOP De-solation and more.
Founder of the TEMPLO SAGITAL label with which he has a vast and extensive catalog of all kinds of experimental music, ambient, psychedelic, unorthodox extreme rock, etc.
Mostly art ribbons with individually hand painted covers.

Thanatoloop's music crosses improvisation and songs, sound and harmonic experimentation,
with a relatively gloomy mood without falling into total darkness but with defeatist, industrial climates, with elements of noise, gothic, electronic, ambient, psychedelic, post-punk, minimalism, folk, and more.

In his own words "expression is more important than" quality "while it has been published around 40 publications like THANATOLOOP and more with his other projects.
